Siri is a certified Hypnotherapist, Nutritional Consultant, and Chi Nei Tsang Abdominal Massage Therapist. Combining modalities to suit one’s specific needs, she works with a range of needs, including but not limited to: digestive wellness, stress and anxiety management, confidence building, motivation for change, and more. Siri sees clients individually, and also offers group classes related to hypnosis, health, creativity, and art.

“I enjoy being able to holistically weave together my understanding of the body with the workings of the mind to uniquely meet each person’s needs. Some habits may be easier to kick than others, but I’ve seen how bringing together a motivated individual with a skilled practitioner can make the process of change so much easier. I’ve learned that when we are in a very relaxed state, we become more creative in the way we think and see things. In this state, we gain fresh perspective and mental and physical shifts are able sink below the surface level, becoming deeply lasting. The tools and tips I give clients to practice between sessions supports the transformation to continue moving in a desired direction.

Abbie Headshot 1 (1)

“Throughout my 15 years of experience as a clinical therapist, I have worked in a variety of settings including community mental health, health care and private practice. I bring together experience that is both client centered and solution focused, helping individuals embrace every experience life has to offer with patience, acceptance and even humor.  I work with the deep knowledge that everyone wants to feel loved, respected and have a sense of purpose in their lives. Often times traumatic experience can affect an individuals belief systems, leaving them feeling unworthy, unlovable or stuck in a variety of other negative thought patterns or behaviors. In my practice, I use a variety of treatment methods, including but not limited to; EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and psychodynamic therapies. These methods are designed to help empower you to change this thinking so you can heal trauma at the root and feel like your visions in life are possible again. My approach is caring and compassionate, understanding that trauma can be complex and deeply embedded in the pysche.  We’ll work together to move towards the life you truly want to be living.”
